1.What we collect

When you submit a booking request: your name, mobile number, email address, and booking summary (studio, date, time, session details). We do not collect payment card data — studios handle that directly.

2.How we use it

  • Forward your request to the studio you selected so they can confirm and follow up.
  • Trigger a confirmation SMS to your mobile number.
  • Respond to support inquiries you send us.

3.How we share it

Your name, mobile, email, and booking summary are transmitted to the studio's customer-relationship system at the moment you submit the request. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with any third party other than the studio you chose to contact and the service providers (SMS/email delivery) we use to operate the platform.

4.SMS consent (TCPA)

By submitting a booking request and providing your phone number, you provide express written consent to receive transactional SMS messages from StudioLink and the studio about your booking — confirmation, reminders, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of future StudioLink texts; reply HELP for help. You can also email hello@recstudiolink.com to opt out.

5.On-device storage

Your last contact details and booking history are saved in your browser's localStorage on this device only. This data is not transmitted to our servers. Clear it any time by clearing site data in your browser.

6.Analytics and advertising

We do not currently use Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. We intend to add Google Ads and Meta Ads conversion measurement in the future so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising. When activated, those tools may share limited event data (such as a booking-request submission) with Google and Meta. We'll update this page before turning them on.

7.Cookies

We use only the functional, session-level cookies needed to operate the site (theme preference, secure session). No advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies today.

8.Data retention

We keep booking-request records for up to 12 months to support you and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

9.Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
  • Know what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information).
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise these rights, email hello@recstudiolink.com. We respond within 45 days as required by California law. You may use an authorised agent with proper authorisation.

10.Children

StudioLink is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11.Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12.Changes

We may update this notice. Updates will be reflected with a new effective date.
