How booking through StudioLink works.
How does StudioLink work?
Browse studios in Los Angeles, pick a room and time, and submit a booking request. We route your request directly to the studio. The studio confirms in real time — typically within 5–10 minutes during operating hours — and follows up to finalize details and payment.
Do I need an account?
No. Submit a booking request without signing up. Your last contact details and booking history are saved on this device only, so the next request is one tap.
What is the platform fee?
StudioLink charges a non-refundable 3.99% platform fee when you submit a request. The fee covers routing the request to the studio, the confirmation SMS, and platform infrastructure. It is separate from any studio rate, deposit, or session fee.
How do payments work?
Deposits and session payment are handled directly by the studio you book. StudioLink does not process those payments. The studio will share their payment options (card, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay) in the confirmation message.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your session. Inside the 48-hour window, the deposit held by the studio is forfeited. The 3.99% platform fee is not refundable.
To cancel, open My bookings and tap Cancel request — the studio is notified automatically.
I have a question about gear, parking, smoking, what to bring, or arrival.
These are set by the studio you book, not by StudioLink. Reply to the studio's confirmation SMS or use the contact info they send you — they can answer anything about their space and rules.
I have a question about a charge from the studio.
The studio collects deposits and session payments directly. Reach out to them for billing questions. The 3.99% StudioLink fee is the only charge that comes from us.
When does the studio confirm?
Most requests are confirmed within 5–10 minutes via SMS during operating hours. If you don't hear back, message the studio directly from the booking row in My bookings.
How do I contact StudioLink?

Who can use StudioLink?
You must be 18 or older to submit a request.
What information does StudioLink collect?
